1. Data Controller

The data controller for your personal data is M.U.P., contact email inkflowapp26@gmail.com.

This service is operated from Spain and is subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect

  • —Email address and password (or Google/Microsoft OAuth token) for authentication.
  • —Google and/or Microsoft access and refresh tokens, used to create events, tasks and contacts in your account.
  • —Documents and images you upload: sent temporarily to the AI for processing and deleted immediately. Not stored permanently.
  • —Detected actions (event, task, contact): stored temporarily in the database until you confirm, reject or delete them.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • —Account management and service delivery: contract performance (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
  • —Document processing with AI and action creation: contract performance (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
  • —Service communications (updates, incidents): legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

4. Third parties and processors

To provide the service, we share data with the following sub-processors:

  • —Supabase, Inc. (USA): database and authentication.
  • —Vercel, Inc. (USA): hosting and deployment.
  • —Anthropic, PBC (USA): AI processing. Documents are sent temporarily and not stored.
  • —Google LLC / Microsoft Corp.: APIs of the accounts voluntarily connected by the user. Data is written to the user's account on their behalf.

5. International transfers

US-based processors (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic) operate under EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

6. Retention

  • —Account and authentication data: until you request account deletion.
  • —Uploaded documents and images: deleted immediately after processing.
  • —Detected actions: until you delete them or close your account.
  • —Google/Microsoft tokens: until you disconnect the account or request deletion.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by emailing inkflowapp26@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
