1. Service description

Inkvoke is a web service that processes documents, images and text files to identify appointments, tasks and contacts, and saves them automatically to the user's Google or Microsoft account. The service is operated by M.U.P. from Spain.

2. User account

  • —You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
  • —Each person may have one account. Access may not be shared with others.
  • —You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • —M.U.P. reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

  • —Personal, non-commercial use only (unless expressly agreed otherwise).
  • —Do not process documents containing third-party personal data without their consent.
  • —Do not attempt to overload, hack or access restricted areas of the service.
  • —Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm others.

4. Beta phase

The service is currently in free beta. During this phase:

— Features, usage limits and pricing may change without prior notice.

— We do not guarantee continuous availability or absence of errors.

— Data may be reset if necessary, with prior notice whenever possible.

5. Paid plans

  • —Plus (€5/month) and Pro (€20/month) plans will be rolled out progressively. Promotional pricing (50% off first 3 months) applies as indicated.
  • —Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
  • —You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • —No partial refunds for unused periods, except where required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" during beta. M.U.P. is not liable for:

— Loss of data in the user's Google or Microsoft account resulting from a service error.

— Service interruptions due to technical issues or force majeure.

— Errors in AI document interpretation.

In any event, M.U.P.'s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

7. Intellectual property

All rights over the Inkvoke service (code, design, brand) belong to M.U.P. The user retains all rights over the documents and data they process.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the competent courts under applicable law. If the user is a consumer, the courts of the user's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
